Both the founding directors of Customised Cleaning Solutions have first-hand experience of what it takes to deliver a successful cleaning contract.

They understand what it takes to train and support successful cleaners and this professional approach has made Customised Cleaning Solutions the employer of choice within the sector.

All staff are trained in good working practices and they fully understand Health and Safety requirements. Their training is ongoing and we ensure that continuous development of skills and knowledge is maintained throughout the life of any contract.

The successful partnership between the operational side of the business and the management team is essential in ensures that service delivery to our clients is consistently of the highest level and, at all times, meets or exceeds our clients requirements. At Customised Cleaning Solutions we recognise that our staff are our lifeblood, their support is vital to the smooth running of any cleaning contract.

All our staff meet statutory employment regulations, we cross check all required documents to verify their status. This due diligence is ongoing throughout their employment with Customised Cleaning Solutions.

We fully recognise that some of our staff are only part time employees, but they are still very much a part of the Customised Cleaning Solutions family and are treated no differently to full-time staff. Our company ethos is to encourage staff to reach their full potential, even if this outside Customised Cleaning Solutions. We regularly talk to our operations teams to make sure they are all aware of promotional opportunities within our organisation.
